Meet the Team
Tim founded Elite in 2001 on the principles of quality workmanship and excellent service. He has over 30 years experience in the disaster restoration and construction industry. Under Tim’s leadership, Elite has excelled as an industry leader and has earned and maintained an A+ rating with the BBB!
Barbara started with Elite in 2003. She is an integral part of the office staff here at Elite and is dedicated to providing excellent service to all of our customers.
Before coming to Elite in 2004, Steve had previously owned and operated a remodeling business for 18 years. He was an easy choice as Project Manager. He has over 35 years of construction experience, including a 3-year apprenticeship for drywall after which he became a journeyman and drywall taper. He also has approximately 4 years experience as a multi-task carpenter and 12 years experience as a project manager. Overall, he has been in the field of fire and flood restoration for 16 years now and is an essential part of our project management team.
Rachel has been with Elite since day one. She manages the office and staff on a daily basis, making sure Elite runs like a well-oiled construction machine. She also oversees the accounting department and handles customer service. Her knowledge of the business and office procedures makes her an irreplaceable part of our team.
Anthony started working for Elite as a summer job back in 2003 where he worked as a laborer. Almost 10 years later and he has turned his summer job into a promising career. Apart from spending 5 years in the military Anthony has come back to be an integral part of our estimating team. He is Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Remediation Certification (IICRC) and the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). Anthony started as an estimator last year and has already added over 100 site inspections and estimates to his credit.
Denise joined the Elite team in May 2012. She has more than twenty one years of proven insurance sales, marketing, and customer service experience. In 2010, she retired from the insurance business to pursue a full time job in marketing with a large Auto repair company where she was responsible for 6 locations. She has strong interpersonal & communication skills which make her a valuable addition to our marketing and customer service team. Listening to the needs of our clients, solving problems, and helping them accomplish their goals is her priority. Welcome Denise!
